Bio
Attorney Kyle Murray practices private criminal defense and Child in Need of Protection or Services (CHIPS). His background includes working both as a public defender and civil litigation prior to joining Migala Law Office. Kyle became part of Migala Law Office’s recipe for success in Experienced and Aggressive representation in April of 2020. Since joining, Kyle has won at trial and reached favorable outcomes for his CHIPS clients and in criminal cases.
Kyle Murray takes pride in his oral advocacy skills. He began working on his public speaking and persuasion for the College of St. Benedict’s and St. John’s University mock trial team. In law school, he was a semi-finalist in the school-wide 2017 Creighton School of Law Moot Court Competition.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Kyle earned his bachelors in English with a minor in Political Science at St. John’s University. He was an editor and contributor for his college newspaper; his writing has appeared in several other news publications. Kyle went to law school intending to practice criminal defense. He was inspired by his experiences volunteering for Prison Ministry at St. Cloud Department of Corrections while at St. John’s University.
Kyle is licensed to practice law in Minnesota, United States Federal District Court of Minnesota, and Nebraska.
